Visit Busan Pass BIG3 Doesn’t Cover Your Three Stops? Check the Groups

You chose three Busan attractions and bought BIG3, but the pass may still be the wrong product for that itinerary. The official Visit Busan Pass use guide assigns one Group A and two Group B attractions to BIG3. BIG5 allows two Group A and three Group B. The numbers are not permission to choose any three or five sites. A 24- or 48-hour pass instead runs for an elapsed period beginning when a ticket is issued at the first attraction.

Match the stops before you use the pass

Write down the exact attractions you intend to visit, then check each site’s current Group A or B listing in the official pass directory. Also check whether the attraction requires its own reservation or has a date-specific restriction. The product category does not reserve an admission slot for you. If a listing does not load or the group is unclear, send the attraction names and your pass product to the support email listed on that page, visitbusanpass@tourpass.kr, before activating it.

For example, if two of your chosen sites are currently in Group A and one is in Group B, BIG3 cannot cover that combination, even though the list has only three stops. You would need to revise the itinerary or compare another pass product. Do not substitute a different attraction merely because it appears nearby on a map; verify its current group and whether you actually want to visit it.

If you have already bought the wrong product

Open the original order and check which pass was issued, where it was purchased, and whether any attraction ticket has already activated or used it. Ask that seller or Visit Busan Pass support whether the unused order can be cancelled or changed under its current terms. Do not buy a second pass first and assume the original will be refunded. If a visit is imminent, ask the attraction ticket office which entitlement your actual pass shows; it cannot turn a Group B allowance into Group A admission.

If the group allocation defeats your plan, compare the timed option against your actual visiting hours and travel between sites. For a mobile pass, open the QR in the app where you purchased it; the guide rejects screenshots, printouts and PDFs. A card pass bought online requires physical collection first.

Choose the product only after the current group, visiting slot and activation state line up. Prices, live attraction participation and a seller’s change decision need a current check; this article does not promise admission or a refund.
