If your Blueline Park order says Beach Train but you expected a Sky Capsule, pause before scanning the ticket. They are different products, not two names for one ride. The operator’s Beach Train route runs between Mipo and Songjeong via Cheongsapo; the Sky Capsule route connects Mipo and Cheongsapo. A train ticket does not reserve a private capsule.
Identify what the issued ticket actually allows
Open the order in the seller that issued it. Read the product name, travel date, departure station, direction and number of rides. Blueline Park’s fare guide distinguishes a Beach Train single ride, two rides and an all-stops day product. A single ride is not a hop-on pass after you get off; a return requires the relevant additional ride entitlement. The all-stops pass does not allow boarding at the same station twice. The Sky Capsule is sold for a one-way capsule ride, and the operator also lists a package containing both products. Check each leg of a package separately rather than assuming its QR covers any boarding time or direction.
Suppose you want to stop at Cheongsapo and then continue to Songjeong. A Sky Capsule alone ends at Cheongsapo, while the Beach Train serves Songjeong. If you want the capsule experience first and the train afterward, confirm that you have both entitlements and the right departure stations. Conversely, if your ticket is only for the train, ask about a separately available capsule booking instead of queuing at the capsule gate with the train ticket.
Resolve the mismatch before paying again
Ask the original seller whether an unused wrong-product ticket can be changed or cancelled under that order’s terms. The operator’s FAQ sends tickets bought on other websites back to those sellers’ terms. Ask the Blueline Park counter which product your actual ticket can board and whether a separate capsule place is available; do not assume an upgrade, a seat or a same-day slot.
The operator’s English booking page can open a separate Train (Songjeong) + Capsule (Cheongsapo) package. We selected Songjeong as the initial location, Beach Train as the first facility, and Capsule (Cheongsapo) as the capsule origin. In an October 4, 2026 desktop check for October 13, the Beach Train (Songjeong) time selector showed a 09:00 departure with 90 places left, while all 20 Sky Capsule (Cheongsapo Departure) times from 08:30 to 18:30 showed sold out. The quantity remained zero and Buy Tickets was disabled. The train’s remaining count did not show an available capsule slot for that date. Check both legs before paying; try another date or a separate product only if it fits the route you need. This dated screen says nothing about later availability.
For that English package flow, the Reservation Info screen said the cellphone field could be left blank and the ticket would be sent by email. That observation applies to this product and screen, not every Blueline booking channel or reseller. No passenger details, agreement, purchase or payment were submitted in the check.
The FAQ says Beach Train seats are unassigned and riders may have to stand. A paid train ticket therefore does not guarantee the private, seated experience of a Sky Capsule. If you already hold a capsule ticket and the problem is lateness at its booked window, use the separate late Sky Capsule recovery guide for that situation. This guide solves the earlier question: what did you buy, and will it take you where you intend to go?
