Find a Seoul Global Real Estate Agency by Language and District

Use Seoul’s official Global Real Estate Agency directory to look for an office by working language and district. Set the directory language first, then choose the district again. Leave Name of Office blank for the first search so an old or slightly different English office name does not hide current results. The list helps you find offices to contact; it is not a property search, recommendation, or guarantee about a home or transaction.

The MY SEOUL+ housing page says Seoul designates global real estate offices for foreign residents and links to the official Seoul directory. It also warns that participating offices and supported languages can change by district. Treat the current result row, followed by direct confirmation from the office, as the useful evidence.

Set the language before choosing a district

Open the directory and choose the language in which you want to read the results. Then select the district. In a no-login desktop check on October 5, 2026 KST, the English view with Mapo-gu selected and a blank Name of Office field returned 16 rows.

Changing the directory from English to 日本語 reset the district selector to ソウル and produced Japanese-language result fields. That means a district chosen in one language view should not be assumed to remain active after switching languages. Recheck both controls before pressing search.

For a broad first pass:

  1. Choose the language you need on the directory. English and Japanese were checked for this guide.
  2. Select the Seoul district where you want an office.
  3. Clear Name of Office unless you already know the exact listed name.
  4. Run the search and inspect the Language available column.

The search itself did not require a login, Korean phone number, or SMS check in the October 5 test. That says nothing about what an individual office may request later for an appointment, property inquiry, or transaction.

Read the row before deciding how to contact the office

A result row can show the office name, address, telephone, fax, email, and available language. Do not assume every row has every contact method. In the Mapo-gu result set, some rows displayed an email address and others left that field blank.

Use the row as a contact checklist:

  • Does Language available name the language you need?
  • Is the address in the district you intended to search?
  • Is there an email address, or only a telephone number?
  • Does the office name match the row you meant to open?

If email is blank, do not invent an address from the office name or website domain. Use the listed telephone number, or return to the current results and choose another office that publishes an email route. Before traveling, ask whether the named language is available at the time you plan to visit and whether the office handles the type of housing inquiry you have. A reply or appointment is not guaranteed.

Use an exact office-name search only after the broad result

The office-name field is useful for confirming one row after you have seen the broader district list. In the October 5 check, entering Global Seoul in the English view returned one result: Global Seoul Certified Real Estate Agency. The row displayed English under language, the address 2-#B104, 24 Tojeong-ro 31-gil, telephone 82-2-717-0049, fax 82-2-702-2480, and no email address.

This is a dated search example, not an endorsement of that business. It shows why a blank-name district search should come first and why the exact row should be read rather than guessed from a business name. The current directory controls if an office later disappears, changes its displayed language, or shows different contact information.

Continue with separate property and contract checks

The MY SEOUL+ page says designated offices can help explain major contract terms in a resident’s language and provide information about deposits and rights. A directory listing does not certify a property, confirm ownership, reveal every debt or prior right, decide whether terms are fair, or guarantee a deposit.

After choosing an office to contact, use the city housing page’s contract guidance for separate checks on the property, ownership, rights, and deposit. Ask the office to explain the proposed terms and fees in a language you understand before agreeing to them.

If the directory returns no suitable office, clear the office-name field, reselect the language and district, and search again. If the result is still empty, try the current directory again later or search another district you can use. Do not substitute an unverified business listing for the official result.

Last checked: October 5, 2026 KST. The check used the public directory without logging in. No office was called or visited, and no property, contract, fee, deposit, legal conclusion, or transaction outcome was tested.
