Check the intake date before asking for your coat. Cleantopia’s clothing-storage terms bar early release within the three-month minimum. After that, items sharing both intake and scheduled release dates can only have their date changed together. A cold day or early departure does not establish an exception for one item.
Identify the group before requesting a change
Gather the intake receipt and tags. Ask the intake franchise which garments share the relevant dates; one payment or account is not sufficient evidence that everything forms one group. If you are still inside the minimum, confirm the earliest permitted group release and make another clothing plan for the meantime.
Once eligible, change the desired date through the franchise/app and apply through customer service at 1577-4560. If phone authentication blocks the app, take the intake record to the franchise and ask it to handle the date-change step. Confirm the group, actual handover route and date; this does not assume that staff can bypass all identity checks.
Ask for the refund calculation and a usable route
The basic logistics/service charge is nonrefundable. The month containing early release is charged, with subsequent storage months refundable; there is no daily proration. The terms offer a bank refund within 15 days or a coupon within seven days, valid for one year.
Ask which bank account can receive your refund before choosing cash. A coupon is an alternative only if you can actually use it after your return or move. Keep the agreed amount and method alongside the changed release record; the public terms do not confirm a foreign-bank payout.
Do not lose the expiry or complaint evidence
Goods remaining three months past expiry may be disposed of. Arrange return before the original deadline becomes a second problem. On receipt, inspect the garments with the tags still attached; report any issue to the intake shop or customer service within seven days. Photograph the condition and keep the handover date so that an early-release request and a later condition complaint remain distinguishable.
