Busan Museum Playpack is not a take-home activity kit. An eligible child uses it during a reserved morning or afternoon museum session, then returns it to the Culture Experience Hall before that session ends. The museum’s Playpack notice requires an advance online reservation. Check the child, date and slot before planning a visit around the kit; a museum admission plan alone does not reserve one.
Check the child and session before reserving
The notice names primary-school grades 1–6, excluding children who have not entered school yet. It says the usual arrangement is one child with one guardian. If your child is outside the listed group or you are unsure how the museum treats your child’s school year, ask it about eligibility or a different activity rather than booking under another child’s details.
The two published windows are 09:30 pickup to 11:30 return and 14:00 pickup to 16:00 return, with ten participants per session. The notice describes year-round operation but a Monday closure, or a next-day closure when a public holiday falls on Monday. Confirm the museum’s current calendar and a live reservation before travelling. A displayed window is a handoff-and-return period, not permission to collect the kit at the end and take it elsewhere.
Collect, use and return the same kit
Reserve through the museum site or Busan’s integrated reservation service, then keep the reservation details with the child’s name and selected session. Ask the Culture Experience Hall staff where to collect the kit at the start. The museum asks for the used kit back at that hall; build in enough time to finish the activity and return every part by the session’s stated end. Do not leave it at an unrelated information desk or assume a later return will be accepted.
If plans change, the notice allows cancellation through the day before the reserved date. Use the official reservation record to cancel within that window. If the page shows no slot, authentication fails or the cancellation control is unclear, contact the Culture Experience Hall at 051-610-7156 to ask for the current route. A call is a way to check the rule, not a promise of phone booking, a foreign account workaround, a walk-in kit or an exception after the deadline.
