Adding a USIM to a GoHanpass card application changes both the pickup counter and the earliest stated pickup date. The provider’s tourist-card table lists card-only collection at selected CU stores, immediately after application or on D+1. A card-plus-USIM order instead goes to listed KT airport counters and is available from D+2 after application. A counter being open on arrival does not make a newly applied bundle ready that day.
Which product will be ready for your arrival?
Start with your application date, arrival date and airport. The card-only list includes designated CU locations at Incheon terminals 1 and 2, Gimpo, Jeju and Gimhae airports, plus selected stores in Seoul. The bundle list instead names KT counters at Incheon terminals 1 and 2, Gimpo and Gimhae; it does not list Jeju for the card-plus-USIM option. Do not take a card-only CU collection instruction to a KT counter, or assume the CU pickup time also applies to a bundle.
Before placing an order, check the product and assigned collection point in the provider’s current instructions. Confirm with the provider what D+2 means for your application time and when your particular order will actually be ready; the table does not define a business-day rule, cut-off time or stock guarantee. For a KT pickup, check that counter’s current location and operating hours on KT’s center page. Hours alone do not override the bundle’s lead time.
If D+2 misses your first-day needs
Keep connectivity and payment plans separate. If you need data immediately, compare an eligible unlocked-phone SIM or eSIM, your own carrier’s roaming, or another independently confirmed option before relying on the bundle. The SIM guide can help define whether you need data or a reachable number; it does not make a particular phone or plan eligible. Save an offline hotel address and first transfer route while you settle the pickup plan.
Card-only collection is still a GoHanpass card application after signup, not a way around a blocked GoHanpass identity step. Neither the table nor an open counter proves that your signup, payment or individual pickup will succeed. Check the confirmed order and bring only the documents the provider specifies for that collection.
