If a GS25 store-pickup parcel has arrived but the collection QR is missing, choose the resend route by who booked it and whether the recipient still has the original phone number. GS Postbox’s QR page separates a member sender’s reservation, a recipient verifying the same number, and a recipient changing numbers through identity verification. A parcel-tracking result or a forwarded screenshot does not establish that the store can release the item without the current collection credential.
Can the sender resend it?
The published sender route applies to a member reservation: the sender opens reservation status and selects the waybill number to request another arrival QR. Ask the sender to check its own booking if the recipient cannot find the message. Do not assume the resend changes the recipient’s stored number or that sending a QR screenshot to someone else will be accepted for pickup. The operator’s half-price parcel guide describes presenting the arrival QR to store staff.
Is the recipient phone number unchanged?
If the recipient still uses the number on the booking, the QR page routes resend through verification of that number. Check the parcel’s store-arrival state and the exact number before repeating the request. A phone with data service but no access to the registered number may still fail this step; the published page does not promise that an overseas number or a foreign identity method will pass.
What if the number changed or verification fails?
GS Postbox says a changed recipient number is updated after identity verification, and a new QR is sent immediately if the parcel is already in the store-arrival state. If you cannot complete that verification, contact the operator’s half-price parcel help line, 1544-4101, with the waybill and store details and ask what correction or accepted release route applies. The line is an inquiry path, not a guaranteed English service or a passport-only, QR-free counter release. Keep the sender involved when the original reservation belongs to that person’s member account.
If pickup cannot be resolved, ask the sender and operator what return process applies. Check the return address separately from the GS25 destination store: GS Postbox warns that entering a GS25 as the return address stops return processing and asks for a home or work address. Confirm an address the operator can use; this warning does not establish delivery to an overseas address. Correcting the return address does not replace the pickup QR.
