Log in with the same provider used to book. If the programme used a linked Google Form, check its text or email confirmation instead. A blank SeMA My Page alone does not identify which route failed.
Was the reservation made under another login provider?
The current Seoul Museum of Art FAQ says to log in with the specific account used for the reservation and open My Page. Its example is direct: a reservation made with KakaoTalk cannot be checked while logged in with Naver.
Try the original provider rather than creating a new account or assuming the booking disappeared. Check the confirmation screen, browser history or saved account record to identify whether the session used a SeMA member account, Naver, KakaoTalk or Facebook.
SeMA generally permits members and nonmembers to book educational programmes through those routes, but some programmes are restricted to SeMA members. A successful social login therefore does not prove that the programme accepted that login type.
Did the programme hand off to Google Forms?
SeMA says some programme pages send the applicant to a linked Google Form after the submit button is selected. For those programmes, applicant confirmation may arrive only by text message or email.
Read the actual programme guide, then check messages delivered to the phone number and email address used for that form. Keep the form response or message with the programme name and session. Do not treat the absence of a SeMA My Page row as proof that the Google Form submission succeeded or failed.
Before sending another application
Compare four items: programme name, session, original login provider and confirmation channel. If those records still do not resolve the status, contact SeMA’s Exhibition & Education Division at 02-2124-8826 and ask which record should exist for that programme.
That number is an inquiry route, not a phone-booking route. SeMA says programme applications are made through its website or the linked Google Form; walk-in and phone reservations are unavailable. The FAQ does not promise English phone service, a duplicate-free second submission, programme acceptance or admission.
Wait for the programme-specific answer before applying again. This avoids turning a provider mismatch or message-only confirmation into two applications under different accounts.
