Open the actual subscription contract before choosing cancellation or moving service. Samsung’s current guide treats AI All-in-One 2.0 as company-owned during the contract, while an AI Smart product belongs to the customer after delivery. That ownership difference changes what “ending the subscription” means.
First identify the plan and contract version
The current Samsung AI subscription guide says an AI All-in-One 2.0 product remains company property through the contract. Ownership transfers only after the contract term has passed and the remaining subscription payments are complete.
An AI Smart product is customer-owned from delivery. Ending that plan early ends the subscribed service; it is not a rule requiring the product itself to be returned.
Samsung’s guide contains benefits with different product and start-date conditions. A benefit described for a new subscription does not automatically apply to an older contract. If account access works, compare the plan name, product, contract date and included care inside My Page → My Samsung AI Subscription before requesting either route.
Cancellation is not complete at the request step
For AI All-in-One 2.0 appliances, Samsung describes a sequence: submit the termination request, have a technician assess the product, pay the applicable settlement, and complete physical collection. An address edit, a failed recurring-card payment or the initial request does not finish that sequence.
AI Smart uses a service-cancellation path because the delivered product belongs to the customer. The refund or settlement conditions still depend on the actual agreement; the guide does not support one flat formula for every plan.
Samsung lists My Page and the subscription center at 1588-3366 as routes for the subscriber’s own record. If login is unavailable, ask the center which record and step remain open. The number is not a promise of English assistance, account access or cancellation completion.
Moving is a separate physical-service decision
Samsung distinguishes removal, transport and installation. Its general moving service can cover all three together or only removal or reinstallation. A service-address change should also be reported to the subscription center; changing the address alone does not move the product.
Some Blue Pass contracts include one basic reinstallation for listed products and qualifying subscription dates. The current guide says that benefit covers the basic reinstallation charge only. Removal, transport and installation-environment extras can remain separate, and the destination may still be rejected as unsuitable.
Check the contract for the included task first, then request a quote for the uncovered work. Do not assume every plan must buy all three tasks or that every subscriber receives free reinstallation. Samsung also warns that damage caused while the customer moves or installs the product can fall outside free repair coverage.
Check the new use setting before moving
The guide limits ordinary subscribed appliances to home use. Moving one to a commercial facility, shared-use business or another non-home setting can restrict installation, free repair and care service. Galaxy Book and Tab subscriptions have a stated exception, but that does not create an exception for a refrigerator, washer or other household appliance.
Confirm the destination and service address before arranging transport. Keep the contract decision, physical moving order and final collection or installation record as separate evidence until each step is complete.
