Cancel Hwadam Forest, Hwadamchae, and Monorail Tickets in NOL

If you bought Hwadam Forest admission with Hwadamchae or monorail tickets, check the cancellation status of every purchased item in your NOL order. Hwadam’s booking and cancellation guide says that when admission and the add-ons were bought together, the Hwadamchae and monorail tickets also need to be cancelled if you cancel admission. One cancelled admission does not establish that the other entitlements are gone, and their fee cutoffs differ.

Open the order that actually holds your tickets

Hwadam’s reservation lookup page directs buyers to NOL app or website → MY → Reservation history → Domestic accommodation/leisure/transport/overseas packages. Login is required to view and cancel there. You can also follow the View reservation link in the NOL message sent to the phone number recorded at purchase, but the page still says login is required. Use the account that holds the actual order rather than starting a new booking.

List the items you purchased: forest admission, Hwadamchae, monorail, or an included programme. Check the date and time shown for each. Hwadamchae and monorail are optional purchases in the ordinary booking flow, so do not look for an add-on you never bought. After acting, reopen the order and verify the cancellation status for each item you meant to cancel. Hwadam does not document a universal number of buttons or guarantee an automatic cancellation cascade.

The monorail has a different cutoff

The current Hwadam fee table separates the products:

  • Forest admission and Hwadamchae: Full refund when cancelled by the day before the visit. On the visit day or after a no-show, a 30% cancellation fee applies.
  • Monorail: Full refund by the day before boarding; a 30% cancellation fee at the stated two-hour-before-boarding cutoff; no refund within two hours of boarding or after a no-show.

Read the booked date and monorail boarding time before cancelling. If you are near the two-hour boundary, check the fee and affected tickets shown in your NOL order before confirming cancellation; do not assume that an earlier support message sets the cancellation time. Do not treat the forest’s day-before rule as a full-refund rule for a monorail you cancel near departure. Hwadam says unused admissions or rides are automatically cancelled after operating close with the applicable cancellation fee. Its guide gives an estimated three to five business days for a refund depending on payment method; the actual transaction and payment route still control when it arrives.

If you cannot enter the NOL account

Save the purchase message, order reference if available, product names, visit or boarding times, and the login error. Use the official support route attached to your NOL purchase to ask how to regain access to that order. Hwadam also publishes 031-8026-6666 and hwadam@dnocorp.com on its guide; you can ask which support route applies to an existing reservation. The cited pages do not say that an email or phone request itself meets a cancellation deadline, or that the message link bypasses login.

This guidance starts from an existing order. It does not establish that a visitor can sign up for NOL with a foreign phone or card, that a new booking is currently available, or where a particular refund will be sent. Keep any cancellation record and check the live NOL order before treating the trip as cancelled.
