If you cannot find a Jeju Air booking made as a guest or through an OTA, try the airline’s Search by Booking Number page with the Jeju Air booking reference, boarding date and passenger name as booked. The page says it can search bookings made through a travel agency, OTA, airport or Customer Service as well as non-member bookings. An OTA order number or payment receipt alone may not be the airline reference needed in that field.
Match the reference, date and name before searching again
Start with the confirmation from the seller. Find the Jeju Air booking reference, rather than assuming the seller’s own order number is the same thing. The official form labels its reference field “Booking reference (6-digit)” and asks for the boarding date, last name and first name. Check the booked flight date rather than the day you paid or received the confirmation.
Enter the passenger name as it was recorded for this booking. For an international flight, Jeju Air says the name must be entered in English. Its Name Entry Guide places the surname in the last-name field and the given name plus any middle name in the first-name field, in travel-document order. If the confirmation and passport differ, do not silently rewrite the reservation or keep guessing name variants; ask the seller or airline to check the stored booking name.
The form also offers consent to store the reference and travel date for automatic completion. Jeju Air says refusing that optional consent limits auto-completion only; ordinary booking lookup remains available. You need not accept it just to run the usual search. The default lookup does not ask for a phone number, but that does not establish that every later recovery step is phone-free.
If Jeju Air still shows no result
Keep the seller confirmation and the exact reference, date and name you tried. Save the no-result message or error without posting personal booking details publicly. Ask the original seller to identify the Jeju Air booking reference, confirm the travel date and passenger name it sent to the airline, and check whether the reservation or ticket was actually issued.
Jeju Air’s page lists Customer Service at 1599-1500. If the seller’s details match but the airline lookup still fails, explain the checked fields to airline support. If that number is inaccessible from your line, use the seller’s contact route printed on your confirmation and flag the access problem. That route may have its own login or phone requirements; the page does not promise an English-speaking agent, a foreign-number workaround or successful retrieval of every third-party order. If departure is approaching, tell support the flight time rather than spending the remaining time repeating the same search.
Avoid paying for a replacement flight until you understand the existing booking’s status. Finding a reservation on this page is also separate from getting a boarding pass or changing or refunding an OTA-issued flight ticket. The page mentions purchase or cancellation of additional services after a match; it does not say that every ticket change or refund can be handled there.
