If Jeju Air has already issued your mobile boarding pass, cancel the pass before trying to change or cancel the flight ticket. Jeju Air’s Mobile Boarding Pass page gives that order. Treat the pass and ticket as two separate records: deleting a screenshot or removing a wallet copy does not cancel either one.
Cancel the pass, then check the ticket action
Jeju Air states that the issued pass must be cancelled before the ticket is changed or cancelled. Complete the pass cancellation and the subsequent ticket action no later than 30 minutes before departure for a domestic flight or 1 hour 30 minutes before departure for an international flight. These are action cutoffs, not a promise that support will answer or complete a request if you start near the deadline.
Start from the flight for which the pass was issued. Keep the booking reference, passenger name, boarding date, route, and a copy of the issued pass. Use the cancellation route presented for that pass in the booking you control; the public page does not establish one universal button path for direct, guest, or seller-issued bookings.
After cancelling the pass, verify that its status changed. Then perform the separate ticket change or cancellation through the route that governs the purchase, and verify the ticket’s new status. A cancelled pass is not a changed itinerary, and a ticket-change attempt is not proof that an issued pass was cancelled.
A missing mobile-pass result does not mean the booking is gone
The page says its mobile-pass search displays only itineraries eligible for a mobile boarding pass. Some routes cannot use the feature. An empty result can therefore mean the itinerary is outside the mobile-pass conditions; it does not prove that the reservation or ticket was cancelled.
Check the booking separately before buying another ticket. If a guest or third-party booking is missing, use the Jeju Air guest and OTA booking lookup guide to distinguish the airline record from the seller’s record. Finding the reservation still does not cancel an issued pass or authorize a ticket change.
If you cannot reach the pass cancellation control
Save the pass, booking reference, flight details, current ticket status, and the exact error. Jeju Air lists Customer Service at 1599-1500; ask which current route applies to an issued pass you cannot cancel. If the short number is inaccessible, use the Customer Service menu on the same official page to identify the current support route. The page does not promise English service, overseas access, a phone-free form, or completion before the cutoff.
If an online travel agency or another seller issued the ticket, use the contact route on that seller’s confirmation and ask how its ticket action coordinates with Jeju Air’s pass cancellation requirement. Seller account, phone, and authentication limits may still apply. A message or call is not proof that either action was completed, and pass cancellation alone does not establish a refund or fee outcome.
Before closing the case, retain evidence of both results: the mobile pass is cancelled, and the ticket shows the intended changed or cancelled state. If either status is unclear, do not assume that retrying near departure will preserve the option.
