Old Interpark Global Orders Missing in NOL World?

If an old Interpark Global booking is missing after you sign in to NOL World, first check whether you opened the same account identity used for the purchase. A matching email address on a different login route does not prove that the accounts are the same, and the current help pages do not promise an automatic merge.

Do not make a replacement booking yet if the original event or reservation may still be valid. Find the booking email, identify how you originally signed in, and give NOL World support enough evidence to locate the transaction.

1. Find the original reservation evidence

Search the inboxes you may have used with Interpark for the product name, performance date, payment notice, voucher and “reservation number.” Check spam, archived mail and any travel folder. NOL World’s account FAQ says the reservation number can be found in the email voucher sent when the booking was made.

Record these details without posting them publicly:

  • reservation number;
  • booked product or event name;
  • performance, visit or travel date;
  • purchaser name and likely signup email;
  • approximate booking date; and
  • the login method you believe you used.

A card charge can help you remember the date and amount, but it does not identify the NOL World account by itself.

2. Recreate the original sign-in route

Treat the current NOL World account and the original transaction as two facts that still need to be connected. Try the original method rather than repeatedly creating accounts: email login, Google, Apple or LINE.

If you used a social login, check that provider’s linked-account area for the NOL World connection. The FAQ specifically points Google users to their Google Account security connections and Apple users to Sign in with Apple under Apple ID sign-in and security settings. This check can identify which Google or Apple identity you used; it does not restore an order automatically.

If you used email login, include the likely signup address in your support request. An account with an unverified email may be harder for support to locate, according to the FAQ. Do not assume that a new account using the same visible email now contains the earlier order.

3. Send one complete account-check request

If the booking still does not appear, use the official NOL World inquiry form, which can be opened without signing in. If you cannot use the form, NOL World publishes help.global@nol-universe.com in its Interpark Global rename notice. The notice says the name changed to NOL World on December 1, 2025; it does not establish that two separate accounts were merged.

You can adapt this short message:

Subject: Old Interpark reservation missing from NOL World account

I cannot see reservation [number] for [product/date]. I may have signed in through [Google/Apple/LINE/email] using [likely email]. My nickname was [nickname]. Please check which account holds this reservation and tell me the supported way to access it. I can provide the booking voucher privately if needed.

Send sensitive booking details only through the official inquiry route or the published support address. Avoid sending passport or payment-card images unless support explains why they are required and provides an appropriate channel.

After support finds the booking

Confirm the current order status, ticket-delivery method, collection name and event-specific deadline. A recovered order record is not necessarily the entry credential. If the booking uses a mobile ticket, read our Korea concert mobile-ticket and QR guide after checking the instructions attached to your actual reservation.

Keep the original voucher and support reply together until the booking is used or refunded. If the event or stay is close, include its date and the relevant collection or check-in deadline in your message; do not assume a reply will arrive in time.
