An admission QR does not by itself complete app registration for Smart Queue. Everland's Smart Reservation FAQ says message, My Page and app QRs serve the same park-entry purpose; registration in the app enables Smart Queue for attractions or shows. Check registration and an available queue separately before making your visit depend on a particular ride.
Import the actual booked product
For a direct Smart Reservation ticket, sign in to the Everland app and follow 에버/캐비포켓 → 이용권 → 이용권 등록 → 스마트예약 가져오기: Ever/Cabi Pocket, Ticket, Register Ticket, then Import Smart Reservation. Experience PASS has its own registration branch. Check the product now shown in the pocket against the one you purchased; a booking message alone does not show which app functions you have.
For a reseller voucher, use the seller's redemption instructions first. Direct Smart Reservation import does not establish compatibility with every outside voucher. If login or import fails, keep the seller, product and booking details and ask the seller or Everland which registration route applies. Another purchase can add a second transaction without solving the account or voucher problem.
Check the queue before relying on it
If the admission QR itself is missing, start with the Everland QR recovery guide. Once the correct ticket appears in the pocket, check the attraction or show for a current Smart Queue option and its conditions. Registration is not a reserved time slot.
For a group splitting up, the FAQ offers companion management to send app-registered tickets to each person's app; recipients also need the app. Check each person's ticket before separating, then check the actual queue result rather than assuming the group received the same slot.
If app access remains blocked, ask park staff whether the exact attraction currently has an ordinary standby route and whether your ticket permits it. Admission proof does not establish a paper or staff-issued Smart Queue substitute. If Smart Queue is essential to your plan, resolve that uncertainty before treating a valid entry ticket as sufficient.
