If you paid through Everland Smart Reservation but received no QR message, check My Page before buying another ticket. Everland’s official FAQ provides a mobile booking QR and an on-site reservation-confirmation route when the phone cannot display it. If you bought through a travel seller, start with that seller’s order instead.
Last checked: September 15, 2026. These steps concern Everland’s Korean Smart Reservation service and do not establish that every foreign phone or card can complete its checkout.
Start with the merchant on your receipt
Find the confirmation email, receipt or payment entry and identify who sold the ticket. A travel platform’s order and an Everland account are separate places to look. A booking held by another seller may not appear in your Everland account; ask the seller how its voucher is delivered and redeemed.
For a direct booking, the Smart Reservation guide describes selecting a product and date, entering visitor details, paying, then receiving a QR through Alimtalk or text. Its gate-entry instructions name particular ticket and package categories. Check the product you actually bought before heading straight to the gate.
A payment entry helps identify the transaction. It is not among the guide’s admission credentials. Keep it for an inquiry, along with the product name, visit date and buyer details, without assuming it replaces the booking confirmation.
Recover the QR without starting another purchase
Sign in to Smart Reservation and open 마이페이지 (My Page), then 예약 내역 (reservation history). The FAQ gives these recovery steps:
- Nothing appears: widen the search date range. Include the booking and visit dates if you are unsure which period to select.
- The number is correct: open the mobile reservation details for the QR, or use the one additional MMS resend.
- The number is wrong: recipient-number editing is unavailable. The FAQ also offers printed or on-site reservation confirmation if you keep the booking.
- The phone is missing or dead: before entering, request a reservation confirmation at the information center or ticket office.
Resending a message cannot solve a phone’s inability to receive it. Use an accessible account over Wi-Fi, or the on-site route, instead. Keep the existing order intact while its status is checked; another payment could leave you with two purchases to resolve. To check the phone plan behind the missing message, use our Korea eSIM phone-number guide to separate data, SMS and identity checks.
If you cannot sign in or find the reservation
Use the contact details on Everland’s official reservation site: everland@samsung.com or 031-320-5000. An email from an inbox you can access avoids depending on the missing Korean text message. It is not an instant ticket replacement, and the page does not promise a reply time.
Explain the merchant, purchase date, visit date and exact problem. Ask staff to confirm the reservation and the evidence needed to retrieve it. Do not email a full card number, card security code or password. For a seller-issued ticket, ask that seller first whether Everland can retrieve its booking on site.
Change the date only after checking the replacement
The direct-booking guide routes date or headcount changes through cancellation and rebooking. Product cancellation rules and fees differ, and limited inventory can sell out during the change.
Check the replacement date, price, availability and your original product’s cancellation terms before cancelling. Recovering a QR leaves the original date and guest count unchanged; losing the message alone is not a reason to give up a usable reservation. If you need both QR recovery and a date change, resolve the booking’s current status before deciding whether to cancel.
