Air Premia Checked Bag Missing? Report It Through the Arrival Airport

If an Air Premia checked bag does not appear, use the reporting contact for the airport where that flight arrived and report it now. Air Premia’s delayed and damaged baggage page says delayed or lost checked baggage should be reported within 21 days from the date it was checked in. Treat that as the carrier’s instruction, not a reason to wait or a universal legal deadline.

Start with the arrival-airport branch

Open the Reporting Contact section and choose the branch for the actual arrival airport. The current English page lists contacts for Incheon, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Newark, Honolulu, Washington Dulles, Bangkok, Narita, and Hong Kong. Use the email currently displayed for that branch. If you cannot read or use it, ask the airline’s current support route on the same page for the correct contact; do not guess an address.

Prepare the passenger name, flight number, flight date and time, and contact information requested by the airline. Add the baggage-tag number, a description of the bag, the arrival airport, and when you discovered it was missing so the branch can identify the right flight and item. Keep the tag, boarding record, sent message, attachments, and timestamp together.

Track more than the sent message

A sent email is only the first record. Ask for the case reference or acknowledgement. Then track three later states separately: the airline identified the file, located the bag, and arranged delivery or collection. None follows automatically from the request.

If the item was never checked and was left in the cabin instead, use the Air Premia cabin lost-item guide. Cabin property follows a different custody route. Its storage conditions should not be used as the reporting clock for a missing checked bag. An item lost elsewhere in the airport belongs with the relevant airport authority rather than the checked-baggage branch.

If no acknowledgement arrives

Recheck that the contact came from the arrival-airport branch on the current airline page. Save any delivery failure, automatic reply, or branch mismatch, then ask Air Premia’s current support route shown on that page how to reach the correct baggage contact. The page does not promise English handling, a phone or app alternative, or a response before a particular deadline.

Resend the identifiers only through the confirmed route, noting that the first request was not acknowledged. Refer to any case reference so the follow-up can be matched. A repeated message does not establish that the bag has been found or that compensation is due; keep the evidence until the airline confirms the actual outcome.

Air Premia’s current English delayed and damaged baggage page checked October 6, 2026 KST. Confirm the reporting contact shown for the actual arrival airport.
