During the programme’s operating period, My Reservations cannot process the cancellation. Use the exact programme listing to identify the operating agency and ask that agency what remains possible under its rules.
Confirm that the programme is in its operating period
The official Busan cancellation notice, dated December 8, 2025, says cancellation cannot be processed in My Reservations during the programme’s operating period. The operating agency or department becomes the contact.
Check the listing’s operating-period dates rather than confusing them with the application window or a payment timestamp. Record the date and time when you checked, especially if the first session or operating period has just begun.
Find the agency on the exact listing
The notice says the programme’s operating agency and contact appear on the reservation page. Use that listing rather than a general city contact or a number copied from another programme.
Keep the reservation identifier, programme title, session, participant name, payment record and the time you first requested cancellation. Ask the agency:
- whether cancellation remains possible after the operating period began;
- what deadline, method and evidence apply to this programme;
- whether any fee or refund rule applies; and
- how the agency will confirm its decision.
These are questions, not promised outcomes. The notice says cancellation availability, cancellation period and other details follow each programme’s operating rules.
Do not treat a blocked button as a completed cancellation
The missing portal route does not cancel the reservation and does not prove a refund is due. Calling the agency also does not guarantee that a phone request is accepted.
Follow the agency’s current instructed channel and preserve the response. If the session is near, record the failed portal route and the time of each contact attempt, but do not claim that an unanswered request changed the reservation status. The notice identifies the contact route; it does not provide a universal late-cancellation or refund exception.
