Social login cannot submit a Busan Integrated Reservation application. Use the member or nonmember route allowed by the programme. First identify whether the portal recorded an integrated-member, nonmember or social login, then check the programme’s own membership rule.
Which login route did you use?
The current Busan reservation guide separates three login states. Its table says integrated members and nonmembers can apply for and check reservations. Social-login users cannot apply.
Do not treat the name of a social provider or a visible logged-in screen as proof that the application route is open. Return to the portal’s stated member or nonmember route before re-entering programme details.
Does the programme require full membership?
The general login table does not override the exact programme listing. Check its applicant group and any membership condition before treating nonmember access as permission to apply.
Read the exact programme page before entering participant information. Look for the applicant group, application method and any member-only condition. If full membership is required, use that route only if you can complete the current membership process. The general guide does not create an exception for a visitor who cannot meet it.
Separate an eligibility block from a portal error
If the page says social login cannot apply or the programme requires membership, changing browsers does not change that rule.
If the correct route is allowed but the portal itself fails, keep the programme name, application window, login type, time and exact error message. The guide lists the New Media office at 051-888-1391 and 051-888-1395 for membership, login and system problems. These are the local numbers printed by Busan; they are support contacts, not application-by-phone routes.
Ask whether the account state is recognized and whether the error belongs to the portal or the operating institution. The guide does not promise foreign-identity eligibility, English phone service, a successful application or a phone or walk-in substitute.
