Cancel a GoHanpass JKO Pay or Maya Top-Up Within 24 Hours

If you funded GoHanpass with JKO Pay or Maya and want to undo that top-up, check its timestamp now. The provider’s specific cancellation help allows an in-app cancellation within 24 hours of the top-up. This clock belongs to those named funding methods; it is not a general foreign-card refund window.

If the top-up is still within 24 hours

Confirm that the transaction in your wallet history is the JKO Pay or Maya top-up you intend to cancel. The provider lists this path: Wallet → Wallet History → Top-up History → Cancel. Check the amount and transaction time before acting, then look for the result in your own wallet and funding record. A visible Cancel control or a support inquiry alone is not confirmation that money has returned. Do not assume that contacting support pauses the 24-hour clock.

If the control is missing or the transaction state is unclear, preserve the funding method, timestamp, amount and exact message. Ask GoHanpass support which route applies without putting a card number, PIN or one-time code into an ordinary inquiry. The public help does not specify the outcome for a partly spent balance or when the original funding record will show the result.

If more than 24 hours have passed

The provider says in-app cancellation is then unavailable and it does not offer a separate refund of that top-up. Any remaining wallet balance is a different object: its guidance points to international transfer or ATM withdrawal, with Customer Service for details. Do not call a later withdrawal a reversal to the original JKO Pay or Maya account.

The transfer requirements say international balance transfer needs additional verification; ATM withdrawal may be available without that approval. Check the actual account state, eligible destination or machine, fees and available amount with GoHanpass before relying on either. This route does not establish that every foreign bank or ATM will work, or that a balance already spent can be recovered.
