Without a Korean mobile number, Keep24 tells you to enter 010-0000-0000. Treat it as a phone-field placeholder, not a working contact number. The other critical choice comes later: use Temporary Open when you plan to return, because End Use closes the paid session.
Before paying, confirm the route works
The current Keep24 English guide says a user without a Korean mobile number should enter 010-0000-0000 in the phone field. Treat this only as the operator’s stated input. It cannot receive a text or replace a real number for notices.
Keep the locker number, password, selected rental period and payment record somewhere you can access without that phone field. Do not put the password in a public screenshot or message.
Keep24 says the service is used on site and cannot be reserved. Its page can show branch information, but that is not a promise that a suitable locker will be free when you arrive. If the required size is unavailable, use another branch or storage service whose availability you can actually confirm.
Complete the on-site sequence
Choose the service and locker, enter the phone field, create the password, select the rental period and pay. The guide lists cards, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay and Kakao Pay; it says cash is unavailable. It does not promise that every foreign-issued card or wallet setup will be accepted.
If your available cashless method fails, stop before placing the bag in an unpaid or unclear session. Use another listed method that actually completes or confirm another storage option accepts a payment method you can actually use before leaving the bag. A payment attempt is not the same as a completed rental.
Reopen without ending the rental
When you need something from the locker and plan to put the rest back, choose Temporary Open. Keep24 says the locker can be reopened repeatedly while the paid session continues.
Choose End Use only when you are taking the goods and finishing the rental. Ending use closes the session; using the locker again requires a new payment. Do not press End Use merely to test whether the door opens.
Ask support before the session becomes unclear
The guide lists Keep24 customer service at 031-922-5337, from 09:00 to 20:00. The Keep24 terms also name KakaoTalk @keep24. Ask which recorded session is active, whether payment completed and which action preserves it. The page does not promise English support, a free unlock or a notification workaround for the placeholder number.
