Sports Facility Information Login? Search First, Book Separately

If you reach the facility-manager login, return to the public Sports Facility Information menu 내주변 체육시설 (nearby sports facilities). The login page says ordinary users can use public services without signing in. Use the map to identify a facility and its displayed labels, then confirm booking, admission, and foreign-user requirements with the actual facility operator.

Why is there a login page?

The facility-manager login states that it is for managers of reported or registered sports-facility businesses. It separately says general users can access public-facing services without login.

Do not create a manager account or borrow credentials to search for a gym, pool, court, or programme. A login prompt can mean you followed the manager route; it does not prove that the public map requires Korean identity verification or that a foreign user is barred from viewing it.

What can the public map help you find?

The official Sports Facility Information usage guide describes searches by facility name or sport. Choose 시/도 (city/province), then 시/군/구 (city/county/district) in the detailed region filters; the guide also shows safety-grade, gender and facility-feature filters.

The guide also names map options for national sports centres, facilities with a safety inspection completed within the recent one-year label, 스포츠강좌 이용가능 시설 (the portal’s sports-course facility label), and sports-facility safety-management certification. Record the exact label shown with the facility name and location. Do not shorten the sports-course label into a promise that a particular voucher, foreign applicant, class, or booking is accepted.

Use a returned name only as a candidate. A name match, top map result, or filter label must still be checked against the facility’s exact name and address.

Does a safety or inspection label prove the facility is open and safe now?

No. The map can help locate the displayed public metadata, but a recent-inspection label is not a live opening certificate or a guarantee of present conditions. Check the inspection label, facility identity, address, sport, and update context together. For a decision that depends on current operation or safety, ask the facility or relevant authority for the latest status.

The web-accessibility badge in the portal footer concerns the website’s service scope and displayed validity period. It is not a safety certification for a listed sports facility and should not be used as one.

Can you book after finding a facility?

Treat discovery and booking as separate tasks. Open the facility’s own current operator page or verified contact and ask:

  • Is the exact sport, room, or course operating on the intended date?
  • Is advance booking required, and which official system handles it?
  • Are membership, residence, age, identity, phone, or payment conditions attached to this programme?
  • Can a foreign visitor or resident enroll, and which record will be accepted for the actual case?
  • What confirmation must be shown at entry?

The map’s inclusion, safety label, gender filter, amenity, or sports-course label does not answer those questions. Do not pay, travel, or submit identity documents until the operator’s current route and conditions are clear.

What if the search or map route fails?

Start again with the public route, select the region manually, and try the official facility name and sport separately. Keep the facility name, address, and label you are trying to verify. The portal lists 02-410-1489 and hours of 09:00–18:00 excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays for portal help. That is a technical portal contact, not a facility booking desk, and the page does not promise English support.

If the map remains unclear, find the verified operator independently and ask about that facility’s current programme. Do not treat an empty result as proof that the venue does not exist, is unsafe, is closed, or cannot accept foreign users.
