If a center-name search in MY SEOUL+ Daily-Life Counseling says “No posts found,” clear the keyword and use the center selector. In an English, no-login check on October 4, 2026 KST, typing Seorae with All Centers selected returned zero posts. Selecting Seorae Global Village Center instead returned one listed service. That difference shows a useful second way to search; it does not establish why the keyword search returned zero.
Find the service under the center name
Start at the MY SEOUL+ English home page. Its Foreigner Support Facilities cards let you inspect a center’s address, phone number and displayed counseling languages. In our check we switched from the Ichon card to Seorae Global Village Center, then followed Daily-Life Counseling to the counseling-service list.
On that list, first clear any keyword left in the search box. Choose Seorae Global Village Center from the center selector and press Search. The October 4 result was “Daily-Life Counseling Support and Information Provision.” It listed help with phone and internet activation, online shopping, and smartphone apps, with seorae@seoul.go.kr and 02-2155-8916 / 02-2155-8949 as contact details. A service listing is a place to ask about your problem; it does not activate a phone, complete identity checks, book an appointment or guarantee assistance.
Check the language window before visiting
The home-page cards and the service result answer different questions. The card tells you where the center is; the result names a particular service and its contact route. The displayed details we saw were:
| Display | Location and contact | Language time shown |
|---|---|---|
| Ichon Global Village Center card | 224 Ichon-ro, Hangang Shopping Center, 3F #304; 02-2199-8881~2 | Chinese, Japanese, Korean and English, Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–6 p.m.; lunch noon–1 p.m. |
| Seorae Global Village Center card | 28 Seorae-ro, Seocho-gu, 3F; 02-2155-8949 | English, Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–6 p.m.; French and Spanish show a 5 p.m. finish. |
| Seorae daily-life service result | seorae@seoul.go.kr; 02-2155-8916 / 02-2155-8949 | English, Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–6 p.m.; French and Spanish 9 a.m.–5 p.m.; Vietnamese interpretation 9 a.m.–6 p.m. |
These are dated portal displays, not an appointment or a promise that a counselor in your language will be free when you arrive. Use the service email or phone to ask whether the center can handle your specific phone, app or daily-life question, whether an appointment is needed, and which language/time applies. If you are visiting Seoul briefly rather than living there, ask whether this service is available for your situation. The listing does not override a carrier’s or another website’s own verification rules. Our Korean phone number and verification guide explains why receiving an SMS and satisfying a real-name check are separate steps.
Last checked: October 4, 2026 KST. The check used the English desktop website without logging in or contacting a center; no counseling, booking or service outcome was tested.
