PanStar Tsushima Shuttle Refund: Check the Recorded Request Date

For a Miracle Link Pass Tsushima shuttle cancellation, the recorded request date can change the refund amount. PanStar’s current shuttle page accepts refund requests only through its change or cancellation request board. It treats a request sent after customer-service hours as a next-day request, so do not rely only on the time you pressed Send when the refund band is about to change.

Which refund band applies to the request date?

The Miracle Link Pass shuttle page publishes these cancellation bands after a reservation is confirmed:

  • 15 or more days before departure: 100% of the travel fee.
  • 14 to 8 days before departure: 90% after a 10% deduction.
  • 7 days before departure: 80% after a 20% deduction.
  • 6 to 2 days before departure: 50% after a 50% deduction.
  • 1 day before departure through departure day: no refund.

Count back from the departure date on the shuttle booking, then account for when the operator will record the request. The page lists Miracle Tour business hours as weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays closed. The page says after-hours requests are treated as next-day requests; it does not specify how a weekend or holiday submission is dated. Ask the operator which request date it will apply to your booking before relying on a band.

Where must the cancellation be submitted?

The operator says refund requests are accepted only through the change/cancellation request board. A phone call, ordinary email or unsent draft is not the published submission route. Open the board from the booking or operator flow, identify the shuttle reservation and submit early enough to see whether the request is accepted before the current business window ends.

Keep the booking reference, departure date, selected ticket, request text, submission time and any acknowledgment. The public product page names the board but does not promise that every user can enter it without login or account verification. If access fails, preserve the exact error and contact Miracle Tour at 1551-7856 for instructions. That call does not replace the board submission or backdate a request.

Can the QR ticket arrive without a Korean phone number?

The page says the mobile QR ticket is sent to the phone number or email entered during reservation. Email therefore provides an actual alternative delivery field for the QR ticket. It does not prove that every foreign phone format will be accepted, that the message arrived or that possessing the QR settles a refund request. Save the ticket and verify the address or number stored on the booking.

What does this refund table leave unanswered?

These rules belong to the Miracle Link Pass shuttle add-on. They do not state the cancellation terms for the PanStar ferry, preserve a linked sailing, or determine a ferry no-show result. They also do not identify the refund destination, promise an overseas-card credit, confirm access to the request board or guarantee that a submitted request will be approved.

Treat the board acknowledgment and resulting booking status as separate evidence. If the operator asks for another step, confirm that it belongs to this shuttle reservation before sending payment or identity details.
