Lost a staffed-storage receipt at Sajik Baseball Stadium? Return to the counter before closing with the name and phone number recorded for the bag. If an unattended locker will not open, keep its number, access code and receipt ready and contact the on-site manager. Zimcarry gives the two storage modes different proof and recovery paths.
A lost staffed-storage receipt uses the custody record
The staffed counter is at the first-floor front gate of Sajik Baseball Stadium and operates only on home-game days. It opens two hours before the game and closes one hour after the game ends. Zimcarry says luggage cannot be collected after closing, so do not leave the stadium without checking the cutoff.
At the counter, staff create a storage tag and issue a receipt. If that receipt is lost, the current Sajik storage guide says to give the name and phone number from the custody record; staff then perform an identity check before releasing the item. The page does not promise that another document, a companion’s phone or a screenshot will replace that record.
Before storing the bag, ask staff what record can identify the actual customer if the foreign phone number entered for the custody record is not accepted. Do not use another person’s identity on the assumption that it will create a recovery route.
If the receipt is missing, go to the staffed counter before it closes. State that the item is already in staffed custody, give the recorded name and phone number, and follow the identity check requested there. The service begins immediately after payment, so the page says cancellation and refund are unavailable regardless of how long the item was stored.
A locker problem needs the locker details
The unattended lockers are inside the stadium on the second and third floors. The guide’s introduction describes mobile-phone use, but the published operating steps do not specify a phone-based recovery check. Its summary also says a personal password is generated automatically while the steps say the user sets it. Preserve the code the actual locker screen issues or accepts; the description does not establish a reset route.
Record the locker number, floor and entrance area, the password shown or chosen, and any receipt. Keep any contact details you actually supplied with your private record. If the locker will not open, report the problem to the customer center or the on-site manager as the guide instructs. It does not publish a guaranteed self-service reset or automatic unlock route.
Closing time and overdue handling are different
The staffed counter’s one-hour post-game deadline is a same-day collection cutoff. The locker terms instead say an item left for seven days may be moved at a manager’s request and that items are planned for disposal after 30 days.
Those periods are not a guaranteed grace period. Contact the on-site manager or customer center as soon as access fails and identify the exact locker and item. Do not assume the bag will remain in the original compartment for seven days or that recovery remains available until day 30.
Online reservation is described as being prepared, not active. Plan around the operating storage mode visible on the home-game day, and keep its matching receipt or access details until the item is back in hand. The page does not establish English assistance, foreign-phone acceptance or a payment method for every visitor.
If the service is closed or full, or the phone or payment step cannot be completed, keep the bag with you and check a confirmed alternative before leaving it anywhere. This Korea luggage storage guide can help compare other storage types, but each location’s access, cutoff and capacity still need a separate check. It does not create a way to retrieve a bag already inside Sajik storage before staff return.
