Sejong Paper or Digital Ticket: Change Before Issue or Entry

Check the ticket’s current medium before taking the next action. Under the Sejong Ticket terms, physical to digital is allowed only before the physical ticket is issued. Digital to physical is allowed only before entry. The two directions have different stopping points.

Step 1: Confirm that Sejong Ticket controls the booking

The current terms embedded on a Sejong Center performance page apply to tickets sold through Sejong Ticket. First check the seller shown on the booking. A ticket sold through an organizer, special-sales channel or another outlet can have a different route.

Also check whether the ticket uses a discount that requires proof. The terms say digital tickets are unavailable for discount categories requiring verification. Do not assume that changing the medium removes a document check or changes the buyer attached to the booking.

Step 2: If physical is selected, act before issue

If the booking is set for a physical ticket and that ticket has not been issued, the terms allow a change to digital. Check the current booking controls or ask Sejong Center how to request the change before issuing or printing the physical ticket.

Once the physical ticket is issued, the stated physical-to-digital window has closed. The terms do not promise that returning, losing or leaving the paper ticket unused will reopen it.

Step 3: If digital is selected, act before entry

If a digital ticket needs to become physical, request the change before entering. The terms set entry as the cutoff. They do not promise that a missing button, failed login or loading problem will correct itself at the gate.

If the digital ticket will not load, stop before entry and contact Sejong Center at +82-2-399-1000 or the staffed box office shown for the performance. Explain the current ticket medium and booking record. Permission to change before entry is not a guarantee that staff can bypass buyer verification, fix an unrelated account problem or issue a ticket after entry.

Keep conversion separate from cancellation

Changing the collection medium does not cancel the booking, change the performance or move a refund deadline. Save the booking confirmation and verify that the requested medium appears on the current record before relying on it for entry.

The terms establish the conversion boundaries; they do not document a universal button sequence or guarantee that every venue performance, seller or discount supports digital delivery. Confirm the actual booking state rather than treating a paper or QR image as proof that conversion finished.
