If Arisu shows a moving settlement amount, check whether you only calculated it, requested a separate bill, or actually paid. Seoul Arisu’s current moving-settlement overview and calculation page show separate steps for calculation, billing and payment. A calculation alone is not payment proof.
Record the calculation inputs first
The online sequence begins with the customer number and registered user name, followed by the applicant’s mobile identity check. On moving day, use that day’s date and actual meter reading for the calculation. Save those inputs and the displayed calculation so the old and new users can identify the period being discussed.
If the parties only need an amount to divide privately, the official page says the process may stop after the calculation step. That number is not a government-issued separate bill, a completed payment, or proof that an old balance was cleared.
Choose the record the handoff actually needs
- Calculated amount: the figure produced from the entered account, date, and meter reading.
- Separate-bill request: a request for the water office to process the split. The overview says the office handles it and mails the bill; it does not promise immediate issuance.
- Issued bill: the billing document produced after processing. Check that its customer, address, usage period, and amount match the intended handoff.
- Paid and confirmed: payment through the available ETAX or virtual-account route, followed by a payment-confirmation record. A request or account deletion is not that proof.
Save the meter photo or reading record, calculation result, request receipt, issued bill, payment record, and ETAX confirmation that actually exist. Label each by date and account number rather than keeping an unlabeled screenshot.
Stop when the calculation route blocks
The current page says the separate-billing step can be unavailable while a regular payment receipt is being confirmed, or because of arrears, meter replacement and settlement, or an unread meter. It also says unusual arrangements such as common or main-sub meters and groundwater may not calculate on this screen. Ask the responsible water office to identify the blocking record; do not invent a meter value or resubmit different data.
If the customer number or mobile verification is unavailable, use the responsible water office listed in the overview, or ask the Dasan Call Centre on 02-120 to help identify the responsible office. If your phone cannot call, use a call-capable phone for your own case and follow any authorization requirement. This does not promise English service, identity acceptance, card support, or successful settlement.
Finally, cancel or change old autopay, electronic billing, self-reading, reading-date notices, the registered name, and the saved customer number separately where they apply. Deleting a customer number from an account does not prove that the moving bill was issued or paid.
