To buy a K-pop concert ticket in Korea, begin with the artist, agency or organizer’s exact event announcement and follow its link to the designated seller. Use the global booking page when the notice offers one, create the account in the attendee’s real passport name, and complete any identity or fanclub verification before the sale. A ticket platform’s search result by itself is not proof that you are on the correct sale route.
The event notice and the ticket page for your exact date take priority over this general guide. Requirements differ by concert, seller, sale round and ticket type.
Start from the announcement that names the seller
Open the notice published by the artist’s verified community, agency or promoter. Match the performance name, city, date and venue before you follow the booking link. The official U-KNOW PROJECT 26 notice, for example, names Ticketlink and explains that verification on the Korean-language page and verification on the global page lead to different purchase routes. That is an event-specific rule, not a rule for every Ticketlink sale.

Prepare the account before seats go on sale
- Register with an email address you can open immediately.
- Enter the attendee’s name as it appears on the passport. Do not invent a Korean name order.
- Check whether the product is marked for verified members. YES24 Global and Ticketlink Global both operate passport-based verification for selected products, but their workflows are not interchangeable.
- Save the sale time exactly as published in KST and set more than one reminder.

- Read the purchase limit, age rule, delivery method, cancellation deadline and identity-check notice on the event page.
Use this order when the sale opens
- Enter through the saved official event page rather than a fresh search result or social-media reply.
- Check that you are signed into the account that completed identity or fanclub verification.
- Select the correct performance date before choosing a seat.
- Read the final amount, fees, delivery method and cancellation terms before payment.
- After payment, wait for the seller’s confirmation page and verify the booking inside the seller account. A card alert alone is not a ticket.
- Save the order number, confirmation email and event notice URL.
If the route does not work
If the global event is missing, do not switch blindly to an unofficial seller. Reopen the organizer notice, check whether sales are paused or limited to another round, and use the ticket seller’s official inquiry channel. If identity verification fails, resolve it before withdrawing or recreating an account: the YES24 FAQ warns that account withdrawal can affect re-verification. If the card was charged but no order appears, save the timestamp, amount, card alert and checkout screen, then contact the seller before disputing the charge.
What this guide cannot confirm
This page cannot confirm seat availability, successful entry, a particular card’s acceptance or whether a future event will offer a global page. Only the current organizer notice and the designated seller can confirm those details. Do not pay a person who claims to bypass identity checks or transfer a name-locked ticket.
If the event notice names NOL World Ticket, enter that storefront from the notice and compare the product there. A generic NOL listing is not a substitute for the named event path.

Current platform facts, kept inside their scope
YES24 Global’s current FAQ says its ticket membership is separate from the ordinary shopping membership and tells buyers to follow the individual show page. For selected Verified Member products it provides a passport-and-face identity route. Ticketlink Global’s current identity notice likewise limits passport verification to products marked Verified Members Only. Neither statement proves that every event on either platform has the same gate.
Keep event rules event-specific
The U-KNOW PROJECT 26 notice names its seller, verification period, sale periods and language-route relationship for that event. Treat those fields as a worked example of what to extract—not as permanent Ticketlink policy. The exact event notice, named seller page and current account state must agree on sale day.
Record success only after the seller records the order
- Save the seller order number and the exact performance, seat or ticket type shown in My Ticket.
- Treat a bank authorization, 3-D Secure screen or card notification alone as payment evidence, not ticket issuance.
- If the result is ambiguous, check the seller order history before repeating payment and creating a possible duplicate order.
- Reopen the event notice before travel for collection, mobile-ticket, delivery, transfer and cancellation conditions.
