If the recipient has registered a NOL/Interpark mobile-ticket gift, the buyer cannot cancel it directly. The official mobile-ticket guide directs the recipient to reject or return the registered gift first. The ticket then goes back to the buyer for use or any cancellation available under that event’s booking rules. Coordinate the return before either person starts a new purchase or assumes a refund has been requested.
Has the recipient registered the gift?
Ask the recipient to check the gift in the ticket app and tell you its current state. If it is still an unregistered invitation, follow the event’s own gift instructions and check the buyer’s booking before changing anything. If it is registered, the guide requires the recipient to reject or return the gift before the buyer can cancel. Check the event’s cancellation deadline as well; a missing control alone does not establish the cause. Have the recipient confirm completion, then reopen the buyer’s original reservation and check which action is available there.
This makes the sequence buyer sends → recipient registers → recipient rejects or returns → buyer checks the restored ticket. The recipient’s action restores the ticket to the buyer; it is not the recipient claiming a refund. The buyer still has to use the applicable cancellation route, and the event’s timing and conditions decide whether cancellation is allowed. Do not interpret a gift-return confirmation as proof that money has been refunded.
Does a screenshot or paper ticket solve the problem?
For the mobile-ticket format described in this guide, a screenshot is not an entry credential, and the guide does not offer conversion to a paper ticket. This guide’s service is for Interpark members who selected mobile-ticket delivery at booking; the ticket is then used in the Interpark or NOL Ticket app. Some sports-season products or tickets from another seller use a separate mobile app; check the delivery instructions attached to the actual event rather than transferring this app rule to every ticket.
Gifting itself may be unavailable for a particular event. A used ticket or a past event cannot be gifted under the guide. If the recipient cannot authenticate, open the gift, or complete the rejection, contact the official booking seller or event help channel with the reservation reference and the gift’s registered state. Ask how that booking can be restored or cancelled. Registering a new account, forwarding a screenshot, or asking for paper conversion is not a supported workaround for this blocked gift state.
If the ticket is back in the buyer’s booking, check the event’s cancellation terms and the displayed result before making another purchase. Our Korea concert mobile-ticket and QR guide covers the separate question of which issued credential will admit you; it does not change who can cancel a registered gift.
